- No, Bike pick up is only available in Seoul.

    - Bike return is only available in Seoul and Busan.

    - There is a partner store in Busan. You have to return bike to the store.
      It's very close to the last stamp certification center(Nakdonggang Estuary Bank). (about 2km) 

    - If there is no other reservation right after yours, you can extend it by paying an additional cost.
      However, if there is another reservation after yours, you can't extend the rental period.
      So we recommend that you set a sufficient rental period.

    - You can return the bike early, but there is no refund about that.
      It's because we can't get other reservations during the period you made a reservation.

    - In the past, our store also sold bike passport, but now the policy has changed, so you can only purchase it at the bike certification center.
      To purchase a bike passport, you need to take your ID.
      If you are planning to start from Incheon, you can buy it at the first certification center(Ara West Sea Lock).
      This is the location and the picture of the place where the passport is sold.

    - In the past, you can take the airport railroad to start your trip from Incheon from our store.
      However, from March, 2023, carrying a bike on the airport railroad has been restricted.
      You can't get on the airport railroad on weekdays at all, so you just have to ride bike to Incheon on weekdays. (about 37km away from our store)

      And you can get on the weekends through reservation on a first-come, first-served basis on the website.
      Reservations can be made on the website below, so please refer to it.

1. You can ride bike to "Gongdeok Station" and take the airport railroad. It's very close to the "Gongdeok Station" from our shop. (about 1km)
2. After taking the Airport railroad, get off at "Cheongna Intl' City Station". (It takes about 30 minutes)
3. After getting off at "Cheongna Intl' City Station", ride bike to "Ara West Sea Lock Certification Center". (about 2km)

    - You can only take a subway with a bike on weekends.
      You can't take the subway with a bike on weekdays.
      When you take a subway with a bike, you have to take the first or last compartment.

    - To take a train(KTX) with a bike, you have to separate the wheels and pack the bike with carrying bag.
      Or, if you take an express bus or intercity bus, you don't have to pack the bike.
      You can load bike in the luggage compartment of the bus.
      However, sometimes the driver may refuse to load the bike if there is a lot of other customers' luggage in the luggage compartment.
      In most cases, it is possible to load a bike in the bus compartment.

    - We recommend going up the route from the bottom up.
      So we recommend you to take an express bus from Seoul to Pohang and then start cycling from Pohang and going up.
      From our store to Seoul Express Bus Terminal, you can ride bike by the Han River Bike path, or you can take the subway on weekends.

    - When returning to Seoul, many people return from Sokcho. 

    - Or if you want to visit the last stamp point(Unification Observatory), you can also return from Daejin Intercity Bus Terminal.
      If you take an intercity bus, you will arrive at Dong Seoul(East Seoul) Intercity Bus Terminal.

    - Many Koreans use Naver Map or Kakao Map app when they search accommodations or restaurants.
      They also offer an English version, so please try it if you need.
      In particular, Kakao Map provides bike navigation functions.
      There're some motels/hotels near the bike path.
      In my case, I set a travel distance for a day and searched for accommodation near the day's destination.
